Buckwheat honey

Buckwheat honey has a dark brown color and a very intense taste and smell. It can be said that it is the most expressive of all Polish honeys. This is very interesting, because for a change buckwheat flowers are white. Buckwheat is a strong honey plant and blooms in July. Buckwheat honey has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system and heart, strengthens and seals blood vessels, hence it is used in the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis. The ingredient that causes it is routine. This honey additionally has strong antibiotic properties, and thanks to the content of routine it works favorably in inflammation.
