Lime honey

Linden honey is obtained from the inflorescences of linden trees. In Poland there are two types of these trees - small-leaved and large-leaved linden, however the first one is more common. The healing properties of linden honey are used in colds, flu and feverish conditions. This is due to its high antibiotic properties compared to other honey. In addition, linden honey acts favorably as a medicine for coughing and inflammation of the lower and upper respiratory tract. The calming effect of linden honey is also known, as is the infusion of linden flowers. This honey is also recommended for heart and circulatory system diseases. Slightly reduces blood pressure. This honey has a golden color and intense aroma coming from the nectar of linden flowers. A few weeks after unscrewing, it crystallizes and turns pale yellow.
