Canola honey

Canola honey is the most popular spring honey collected in Polish apiaries. Bees collect nectar from Canola flowers, which is a widely grown oilseed plant, and its flowering period is the turn of April and May. This honey has a light color, crystallizes very quickly, actually within 7 days of being removed, and sometimes even in a patch. Such rapid crystallization of honey is due to the high glucose content. This high glucose concentration affects the use of Canola honey in nutrition of the heart muscle. Already in folk medicine Canola honey was considered as good heart honey. Honey from our apiary has a creamy consistency, it is easily spread on bread, it is also very efficient - due to its sweetness, you do not need to use it a lot to sweeten drinks.
