Pure Bee Flower Pollen

Flower pollen is collected by bees from seed plants as tiny pollen grains, which under the influence of bee enzymes form into granules. Pollen has a rich chemical composition - it contains proteins, free amino acids, carbohydrates, lipids, bioelements, antibiotic substances and vitamins. The bioelements that occur in pollen are potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium and iron. Vitamins that occur in pollen are mainly vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin C and folic acid.

Pollen also contains enzymes that catalyze biochemical processes in the body and organic acids. Interestingly, in pollen of various plants, these components are found in different amounts. Usually a given plant is dominated by pollen containing a lot of one substance and little of another. Bees also know this and collect pollen mostly from one plant species. However, to preserve the overall beneficial effects of pollen on human health, it is recommended to mix different pollen while it is being packaged.
